Helen Cecilia “Cealie” Conran, age 86, died peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at her home in Aston. Born and raised in the Schuylkill neighborhood of Philadelphia, Cealie raised her family in Southwest Philadelphia before moving to Aston in 1999.
Cealie was the owner and operator of White Upholstering Company and she also worked for Herman Goldner for many years before her retirement. She was a member of the Ladies AOH and enjoyed spending her summers with family and friends at her home in Wildwood.
Cealie was the daughter of the late Francis and Nellie Callahan Hillock, wife of the late John William “Head” Conran, and grandmother of the late Joseph Labolito.
SURVIVERS: Her beloved children: Bernadette Conran, Helen Labolito (Ralph), Sharon Curran (Cush), Jackie Conran, and Shawn Conran (Christina); loving grandchildren: Lauren Jordan (Christopher), Rachael Giovannangelo (Dan), Savanna, Brianna, Rylie, and John Conran; and her great grandchildren: Sloane Jordan, and Harper Giovannangelo.
VISITATION: Friday from 9-10:15 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA.
FUNERAL LITURGY: Friday at 10:30 am at the funeral home.
BURIAL: Friday at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon.
