Robert J. “Bob” Olsen, 68 of Aston, PA, passed away on Wednesday January 9, 2019.Bob graduated from Cardinal O’Hara High School in Springfield, PA before moving to Aston over 25 years ago. Bob was the owner and operator of Bob Olsen Photocopiers. Bob was an avid fisherman and served his Country during the Vietnam Era in the United States Air Force.

 

He was the son of the late John and Marie (nee Walsh) Olsen, and father to the late Robert S. Olsen.

 

SURVIVORS: His devoted and loving wife of 38 years: Barbara Olsen (nee Savage); son: William Carpenter; siblings: John “Jack” Olsen, Virginia Klambara, Michael Olsen and Thomas Olsen; and grandchildren: Brody and Briley Carpenter.

 

VISITATION: Saturday, January 12, 2019, from 6:30-8:00 pm, at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Avenue Aston, PA 19014.

 

EULOGY & FUNERAL LITURGY: Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 8:00 pm, at the Nolan Fidale Funeral Home.

 

BURIAL: Private.

Bob was a wonderful man who always loved holding the babies in the family and would do anything for you. We loved him and enjoyed his visits. Our love to Barbara and Bill.
